At Little Rascals PP, we take care in preparing and packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including incorrect selections, unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at littlerascalspp@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue and photographs where possible.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Slime & Squishy Products

Please follow the care and usage instructions supplied with our slime and squishy products. We cannot offer refunds for damage caused by misuse, improper storage or failure to follow care instructions.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to applicable remedies for products that fail to meet these guarantees.
